Intramural hoops season winding down

The shot clock has been ticking away as the season crept closer to the intramural basketball championship finals. This semester has made for an interesting season as each individual team gave it their all and some victories were dictated by a single point. The competition became intense as three different teams competed for the runner-up position and another chance at getting into the championship finals.
While the opposition was solid this time season, the team named "The Champs" won the overall victories and will play the Chili Fries on April 16 for the championship game.
Each team has next semester to look forward to as some heated rivalries will return and some upstart freshmen will be looking to make a name for themselves. Make sure to check the big red board near the gym for more information on basketball next semester as well as other sport related co-curricular activities.
