Student Jobs
Working at UW-Washington County provides you with the flexibility needed to be a successful student.
Types of student employment:
- Federal Work-Study - Students who have applied for financial aid and been offered work-study on their award letter.
- Regular Student Employment - Students who may not have applied for financial aid or students not offered work-study on their award letter.
Student jobs available:
Download the 2011/12 Student Employment Handbook. The Handbook includes a job description of all Student Employment Opportunities, including preferred skills, hours needed, and contact person. Jobs include: Learning Center tutors and desk worker; notetakers for disabled students; campus mascot; IT-computer lab assistant; gym & weight room help; sports officials; campus photography & Facebook postings; business/main office work; lab assistants for astronomy/physics, biological sciences, geography and chemistry; library assistants; maintenance workers; student services clerical work; student ambassadors; and theatre help.
How to apply:

Complete the Federal Student Aid Application (FAFSA).
Accept work-study on the award letter.
Print and complete the student employment application. Return it to the contact person listed for the job you are applying for. - Regular Student Employment
