The ceremony lasts approximately one and a half hours. All recipients, donors and guests are invited to a reception in the cafeteria prior to the program, beginning at 6:15pm. Recipients are encouraged to meet with scholarship donors at this time. This is a formal occasion; please wear appropriate attire.

Scholarship Recipients:
It is imperative that you arrive by 6:15pm. Please check in at the table in the theatre lobby.  Plan to introduce yourself and visit with your scholarship donor prior to the ceremony. You will be seated in a reserved section at the front of the theatre with other scholarship recipients for the entire ceremony.  Family members are also welcome to attend, but will not sit with your during the ceremony.  When your name is called, please walk to the stage, shake the presenter's hand and accept your award.
Attendance is mandatory.  If you are unable to attend, make arrangements to have a family member (or friend) attend and accept the scholarship in your place.
