Free One Day Workshop

This workshop is free and open for chemistry (and science) high school teachers, advanced placement chemistry and high school chemistry students, undergraduate students, graduate students and faculty/staff.  The workshop is made possible by a National Science Foundation Portals of Discovery Collaborative Research and Curricular Initiative grant.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

11:10 am: Tutorials of NBOs by Dr. Clark Landis, Professor, Department of Chemistry, UW-Madison and Dr. Mohamed Ayoub, Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry, UW-Washington County (Room 228 -Lecture Room-)

12:10 pm: Lunch and Discussion (Science Building Lobby)

1:00 pm: Teaching Examples of Using NBOs in Chemistry Education by Dr. Mohamed Ayoub, Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry, UW-Washington County (Room 228 -Lecture Room-)
