- Transfer Information System (TIS) -- a computerized database of all courses offered within the UW System. You may access the database to determine course equivalencies and transferability between all UW System institutions. This valuable resource is located at www.uwsa.edu/tis. The directions for navigating TIS are located within the FAQs and Wizard Tutorials link on the home page. It is a simple and an extremely powerful tool for academic advisors and students alike! Gone are the days of not knowing how your credits will transfer!
- Guaranteed Transfer Program -- This UW System program enables students to begin their education as a freshman at UW-Washington County and be guaranteed admission to a UW System institution as a junior. After fulfilling certain credit and grade point average requirements, students will transfer with the same rights and privileges as those who begin their education at the baccalaureate institution. - Transcript Request -- Official transcripts are issued by the Registrar of the UW Colleges in Madison. Click here for complete details on how to request a transcript.
- Graduation (Associate degree completion) --Students who complete 60 credits are eligible to apply to graduate from UW-Washington County and officially receive their Associate Degree of Arts and Sciences. To participate in the annual graduation ceremony (held in May each year), students are asked to complete an Application for Graduation form and list their expected graduation term. Students eligible for graduation in Fall and Winterim terms are encouraged to participate and walk in the spring graduation ceremony, as well as those who plan to complete their studies in spring or summer of that academic year.
