How to Apply
We look forward to having you as a student on our campus!
Before registering for classes, you must complete a University of Wisconsin System Application for Undergraduate Admission and be accepted to UW-Washington County.
Application Forms Are Available:
- UW-Washington County Student Services Office
- High school Guidance Office
- Online at http://apply.wisconsin.edu/
A $44 fee must accompany most applications. The completed form and fee should be mailed to: UW-Washington County, 400 University Drive, West Bend, WI 53095.

After you Apply–What's Next?
UW-Washington County follows a rolling admissions deadline which means that when your application file is complete, it is reviewed and a decision regarding admission is made by the Office of Student Services. After you are accepted for admission (you will receive notification), you will need to:
- Take Placement Tests for English & Mathematics.
- Attend an Orientation/Advising Session* or speak to an advisor.
- Register for classes and purchase books.
*The Student Services office will schedule an Advising Registration & Orientation Session after you have been admitted. Placement tests must be completed before attending this session.
