UW-Madison Connections
is a dual admission program to the University of Wisconsin- Madison
and to the University of Wisconsin-Washington County. UW-Madison
offers this program to a select group of UW-Madison freshman applicants.
The program allows Wisconsin residents to start at UW-Washington
County and complete their bachelor's degree at UW-Madison. Students
are dually admitted to UW-Madison and UW-Washington County.
How a student benefits
A UW-Madison Connections student receives a UW-Madison
ID granting many of the same privileges as other UW-Madison students,
including:
- access to UW-Madison libraries
- access to recreational facilities
- a UW-Madison email account through the My UW-Madison
Web portal
- access to cultural and social events offered at
the university
- ability to purchase UW-Madison athletic tickets
at student rates
