About
I began teaching mathematics in 1966, and my experience has been both at the high school and college levels. My appointments have included teaching all of the mathematics courses offered in grades 7 - 12. I started an Advanced Placement Calculus (BC) course which I taught for 18 years, and I served as mathematics department chair for 15. When I started at UW-WC in 1978, I taught evening and summer classes. In 2001, I began teaching during the day as well.

I tell each of my students, "Allow me to assist you to empower yourself with the learning of mathematics needed to succeed in college, your career, and your life."
